Eduardo is the founder and Head Chef of Typical Spanish Catering. He had the need to share his passion for food and honor his roots. This is why he created Typical Spanish catering. We were born in Sydney in 2011.

Our Head Chef comes from a family of entrepreneurs and restaurant owners in Spain. He grew up next to one of the best Paella Chefs in the south of Spain, his mum. She is known for her simplicity and unbelievable Paellas, cooked to perfection.

He has carried everything he learned from the bests and spent years sourcing the best produce before cooking his first Paella on this side of the globe. Our core ingredients are love and time, you can’t rush a Paella.

Above all, our maximum values are honesty and affection. Therefore, what you see on our website is exactly what you will see on the day of your event.

To sum up, our Paellas and tapas come from our hearts. For example, we always source the best produce: sustainable, free-range, and organic. Because these are the three main labels that we always look for. You can make sure your guests will always have the best quality food on their plates.

Our suppliers are our friends, and friends provide you the best they have. In addition, we found the balance between tradition, imported Spanish products, and the best quality fresh produce from Sydney.
