Eduardo is the founder of Typical Spanish Catering, a humble boy from southern Spain who grew up in a kitchen and has been always thirsty for new sensations. At the age of 12 he set up his first business in the summer of 1993, a small ice cream shop next to the family restaurant.
Eduardo got his Master Degree in Marketing and a Bachelor Degree in Economics. His instincts for business brought him to work for one of the largest banks in the world. Everything looked perfect but he was missing something… Eduardo realised he needed something else, new challenges, new inspirations. His need for innovation and creation guided by his love for cooking and the roots of his motherland.
After years of work, travel, gastronomic stories and many secrets taught by his mother and grandmother, Eduardo decided to tell his own story. His cuisine respects the tradition from Spain and his personal touch by adding extra flavours from other lands. Tradition and modernity are blended on his plates.
His family is well known in his town, a family of entrepreneurs and visionaries like his grandfather, called also Eduardo, a man from other era. They own famous tapas bars and restaurants in the city and his father, like his grandfather, has always had an innate talent at searching good business opportunities and entrepreneurial ideas. At the early 80’s they opened the first burger in town, a great event!
With such a combination, surprise, tradition and good food are always guaranteed.
