Felisa

Felisa was born in the cold lands of Avila. She arrived with the spring bringing a splash of color and happiness. A brave little girl without fears and always looking after all her brothers and sisters even though she was one of the little ones.

Always helping her father who used to sell all kinds of homewares in the surrounding villages. Felisa was a delicate girl with a warrior’s heart.

After the civil war, she learned how to survive and cook for her family with almost nothing. With a few potatoes she used to prepare a delicious stew and now she has become the queen of the kitchen. Her roasts and tortilla de patata are outstanding.

She is honest in her cooking.
